The YW5-47 series boiler induced draft fan (air-cooled high-temperature resistant) is a new-type high-efficiency and low-noise boiler fan developed by our company specifically for the domestic boiler industry, based on referencing advanced foreign prototypes. This series of fans is currently one of the lowest-noise and minimal-vibration products in domestic boiler fans, reaching the advanced domestic level.
The Y5-47 type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan features low noise, simple structure, and flexible adjustment of air volume and direction. It is suitable for industrial boilers fired with various coal types and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. The temperature of the conveyed gas is ≤250°C. The fan is available in two drive modes: Type C and Type D, both equipped with water-cooled integral bearing housings and air volume regulating dampers.
The Y5-48 series boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is specially designed to support industrial boilers (1-20 t/h) fired with various coal types and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. It can be selected for any applications with similar inlet conditions and compatible performance requirements. The maximum ambient temperature for the fan operation shall not exceed 250°C, and the medium handled is flue gas. A dust removal device must be installed ahead of the induced draft fan to ensure the dust concentration in the flue gas entering the fan is less than 400 mg/m³.
